Do you travel and what are your travel fees?
Yes! We love to travel and we love our destination clients. There is no flat or additional travel fee. For Destination we would require that travel expenses and accommodations be covered by the client. We also request a per diem to cover meals and incidentals. We are also more than happy to travel and bring our own 2nd or even 3rd shooters to accommodate your needs.
Do you accept shot lists?
Yes! Shot lists, give us a better insight on what you are thinking and wanting from us. Your shot list would be used as a reference point, while accept and love shot list we would do our best to recreate each shot, we can never guarantee any particular image or shot do to unforeseen circumstances like weather, timing, or location.
Do you require a retainer to hold our date?
Yes, in order to complete the booking and hold your date, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee. The 50% non-refundable retainer fee is 50% of the estimated cost of your session that must be paid in advance. We will not be able to confirm your session until the retainer fee has been paid in full. All retainer fee's are based upon the total need of the customer.
What is a "Session Fee" and what does it entail/include?
Session Fee is a term that relates the actual shoot time. So a Session Fee covers the actual engagement or bridal shoot. After the shoot clients will receive al of their edited images at 72dpi, this is web quality, meaning you can post them online and they will look great! Client then have the option of purchasing prints, individual high resolution images, or the entire set of high resolution images from the session.
I have a creative/crazy idea for a portrait session, would this be something we can do and how?
Yes! We love when our clients come to us with a great concepts for their shoot and also when they work with us to come up with a unique concept. We are willing to go as big as you want. We can recommend stylist, hair and makeup, locations, etc for any idea you may have. Clients are responsible for any costs related to the shoot.
What is your normal turnaround time?
Our Average turnaround time on engagements photos are 3 weeks.
